I wish to listen to music all the time
Shivarama Naidu is an energetic 14 years old boy suffering from Muscular Dystrophy and both the parents working day and night to be able to bear the medical expenses. We got this referral from a Radio programme called “Kakambi”, they interviewed both the father and our wish kid. During that time this little angel told that “His life is too short according to physician, so he would like to donate his eyes to someone. So that my eyes will remain in this earth for a longer time.” One of our volunteer listens to this programme and got the wish parents number and visited the kid’s residence in the evening.
When our volunteers meet this kid, he was watching a music programme “Ede tumbi Haduvenu”. So, they start interacting with him concerning his interests and hobbies. Though he is having severe muscle pain, he keeps on talking with them with grin on his face. He expressed that he would love to play chess, carrom and videogames, but now a days he can’t play as he was getting severe muscle pain. He told them that he is an admirer of Dr.Raj Kumar and his son Shiv Rajkumar. And also he expressed his innermost wish to have MP3 player with his favorite admirer film song.
So, our volunteers choose the eve of World wish day to fulfill his innermost wish and they visited his residence. They fulfilled his wish and there is no limit for his merriment and also he got energy to play his favorite game chess with our volunteers. His mother told “among these days we never seen even a ray of smile on his face, but today you all make him to be filled with joy and cheerfulness”.
