Make A Wish Foundation of
India, Bangalore division, fulfilled the 1500th wish, which was to see the
Mysore Zoo, on 31st March 2013.
The 8 years old boy Sumath
was on treatment for a life threatening Kidney and Heart Disease, when the
volunteers of the foundation visited him first. Being jovial by nature Sumanth
got along with the volunteers very well. He told the about his keen interest in
animals and birds. At home, he said that he spent most of his free time in
watching discovery channel or animal planet.
Sumanth was taken along
with his family to the Mysore zoo and a volunteer accompanied them to make his
wish come true. Though tired and exhosted he thoroughly enjoyed watching the
variety of animals and birds in the zoo and happily posed in front all the
animals for photographs.
